Introduction to Customer Service

This is a short course that will help you recognise and develop the skills you need to work in the retail sector. The course is an Introduction to Customer Service Skills. 

You will also be able to access support with developing a CV, filling in application forms, interview techniques  and job searching skills.

To be eligible for this project you must be actively looking for work.

Improve your knowledge and understanding of effective infection control practices within the workplace.

You will also be able to access support with developing a CV, filling in application forms, interview techniques and job searching skills.
