Workplace Learning

Future Prospects has extensive experience supporting employers to access training by brokering learning through local providers.

Future Prospects can also deliver some short training opportunities within the workplace and can assist in identifying progression routes into further learning.

Onsite learning is mainly focused on IT skills but can also include a range of bespoke opportunities on request.

Work Placements

Future Prospects has a number of projects working at developing essential skills for the workplace and introducing people with new skills into a range of sectors within the region.

Future Prospects invites employers to present work placement opportunities which we can match with the range of clients we develop through the service. Our experience has shown that the development opportunity is not only for the individual, the employers also experience a wide reaching benefit across the team which can impact on the whole service.
