Future Prospects has supported many
employers within the region to facilitate changes in the
workplace and to support the development of staff training opportunities.
The team
has experience of supporting transitions and redundancies within
organisations and has worked with clients including ABB,
Tenneco, Unidare, Portakabin, Kraft Foods and more recently
Tate and Lyle, British Sugar and Nestle UK.
An employer
network has been created to develop opportunites within the
workplace and to bring new talent into a range of sectors
through work placements.
Many employers use
Future Prospects services to aid recruitment and to promote
career opportunties by using the vacancies service within the
organisation.
Future Prospects aims to expand its
services to employers and to build on the excellent work
already achieved within the sub-region.
